Tiny T. Rex and the Impossible Hug

You can do it.

Tiny wants to play with his friend Pointy, but Pointy does not feel like playing. Tiny wants to hug Pointy. But with arms so small, how could one embrace someone as huge as Pointy? Looking for ways to hug and make Pointy better, Tiny meets dad, aunt, and mom, but no one is helpful—finally, Tiny’s brother and sister chorus, plan, and practice. Ultimately, tiny gets into action and masters the act of hugging. But, as one last try, something bizarre happens when Tiny hugs a tree trunk.

We picked this book for its cute cover. The book conveys an empowering message for little ones in an easy-to-follow story with funny elements. And the illustrations complement the story through their simplicity and colors.

Tiny T Rex and The Impossible Hug is an excellent pick to instill the idea of perseverance in early readers and, of course, a bonus for the little dino fans.
