Sea Otter Cove

4-3-2 to calm!

A sea child sat on a large rock in the middle of a cove, observing the waves, and several sea otters came to rest there. Then, one day, a curious otter decided to stay and see the sea child resting next to her. The sea child entertained herself by blowing a seagull feather, and then she did something that changed the surroundings of the sea.

We picked this book for its blurb. The story teaches children how to breathe correctly and be calm and relaxed step-by-step. The interesting artwork and simple words can help children better comprehend the procedure.
